The first step to overcome the fear of flying is to make a confidential appointment. I am a therapist who will work one on one with you. In your first session, you’ll be able to determine whether or not we “click” and I can determine a course of treatment for you.
Once you feel safe in the room, counseling will help you to transform your fear of flying. This is achieved through mindfulness and hypnotherapy in a tailored style rather than scripted approach. This means you'll have the greatest chances of success even if you've tried other kinds of hypnotherapy or counselling in the past.
How Long will Treatment Take?
Usually after a couple of hypnotherapy or counseling sessions we will know how the treatment is helping, and then we will have a clearer idea of how long to expect for lasting change to occur. It may take only a few sessions for you to resolve your fear of flying.
