My work is about helping people who feel stuck, anxious, or out of control find calm, clarity, and direction again. Many of my clients come to me feeling trapped in patterns they can’t explain – fears, habits, or reactions that keep repeating despite their best efforts. Together we work to gently untangle those inner blocks so they can live with more self-trust, purpose and peace.
For over 16 years, I’ve trained in clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and trauma-informed holistic counselling, blending these approaches with Eastern wisdom and philosophy to meet each person where they are. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but in lasting transformation that honours the mind’s natural wisdom, its ways of protecting, adapting, and healing.
I see therapy as a partnership, compassionate, honest, and deeply practical. My role is to help you reconnect with your own strength and wisdom, so you can navigate life’s challenges with steadiness and self-belief, for good.

My background integrates Western psychotherapeutic methods with Eastern philosophy and mind-body practices, allowing for a flexible, integrative approach suited to each client’s needs.

With nearly a decade of professional experience, I have worked with clients across Australia and internationally, online.
