From our convenient location and ample parking to our flexible appointment hours you can book online with most therapists (some require bookings made by phone, however). We’re close to Beaumaris, Balwyn, Elwood, Carnegie, Hampton and Caulfield, all within Melbourne, VIC, Australia. Plus, we now offer evening and Saturday appointments to fit in with your schedule. These times do fill up quickly but we also offer plenty of online counselling sessions.

We offer a range of counselling channels

We don’t limit you to in-house counselling sessions. In fact, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were working entirely online, and we’ve been offering remote therapy since 2008, so we know what we’re doing. Many people prefer online counselling for a range of reasons. If you can’t get to our Highett clinic in Melbourne, you can work with our therapists via a secure online connection. You can also get started in your own time with our range of self-hypnosis MP3 downloads that work well in conjunction with our other therapies.
