How much do you know about Anxiety?
Anxiety is an increasingly common presentation seen across Australia, and around the world, today. With 1 in 6 people diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in Australia it is up to us to gain a better understanding of the issue and learn to recognise the signs and symptoms in both ourselves and others.
We’ve created this presentation to help spread awareness of Anxiety Disorders in the hope to stop the stigma and get people talking about anxiety:
This post is part of our Anxiety Awareness Campaign at Bayside Psychotherapy; read more about how many people live with anxiety or learn about the physical signs of anxiety here. We want to help spread an understanding of anxiety and those who experience it in their everyday lives. Whilst each case of anxiety is unique, through sharing knowledge sharing and talking about it the issue we hope to develop a community of people who can help each other.
